Executive & Life Coaching

Introduction: I have a B.A. in politics from Princeton, and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management in the Netherlands. My training as a coach was through the Coaches Training Institute, considered one of the top schools in the world. I've lived and worked overseas for most of my adult life, starting as a Peace Corps volunteer in West Africa, as the spouse of a diplomat in Mexico, managing projects for the U.S. government and a private NGO in Afghanistan, and as the director of programs for Independent Sector, the leading association of nonprofits in the United States. As a consultant, I have led strategic planning processes for the executive leadership teams of some of the world's largest international nonprofits. As professional facilitator and small business owner in both the United States and Latin America, I've run everything from change initiatives for senior level government officials to leadership trainings for young people. I'm married and have three young children (ages 7, 2 and 0). Now with extensive training in the co-active coaching methodology under my belt, I am excited to offer some of my group facilitation skills to individuals through coaching.
