FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RR Career Prep does its best to work with every client regardless of finances. We make it our mission to assemble a package that works within your budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process easy! Being a small business allows for the flexibility to personalize the process for each individual client. Our typical approach is to assess the client's strengths and weaknesses with an introductory call, determine what specifically they need assistance with, and assess if there is alignment between the customer needs and the services we provide. We then work with the client to target their needs and develop a holistic understanding of each client's goals to fine-tune their abilities. Once analyzing that, we delve into filling any gaps in the content by tackling case the work, whether it be career, college admissions, writing & and editing services, logo design, presentation skills, or even public speaking coaching. We aim to add as much value to each session as possible by maximizing the client's growth potential.
