Our hourly rates for a local moves (under 50 miles):
2 man team $75.00/h
3 man team $100.00/h
4 man team $150.00/h
If you are planning a long distance move, please give us a call to get a flat rate for your move!
Our teams equipped with all necessary tools to assemble/disassemble your furniture for no extra charge beyond our normal hourly rate. We do not charge any extra for packing materials such as tape, shrink wrap and blankets to protect your belongings.

I searched for hours and called many different moving companies but ended up going with City Hound Movers and I made the best decision. I got an estimate right away and without having to wait a day or someone to come and inspect. They were very professional and had a great customer service and not to forget to mention that the best price! I recieved multiple confirmations days before the move and even on the day of the move! They were able to get my move done in just under 2 hours and they did not waste any time unlike some other companies that they take things very slowly or driver veryyyy slow to the destination. Thank you so much you guys for making our move very easy and in budget!

These guys are the real deal!!! From the moment I spoke with Andrew to schedule my move he was totally professional and courteous from start to finish. I found him on Craig's list when I was looking for a bedroom set. I live in Silver Spring and the bedroom set was in Olney, MD (only about 4 miles away) but they were coming from No.VA. The move would require picking up the new set which is solid cherry wood (queen headboard and foot board, dresser and mirror, 2 nightstands, wooden bed frame, and an armoire. They would also have to dismantle my existing queen bed set and discard. They finished everything in just over 2 hours and the price was exactly what Andrew had quoted me on the phone. They did not dilly dally at all, they were prompt, courteous,and extremely professional in every sense of the word from start to finish. I could not have been more pleased!!!

I had a moving company cancel on me the night before my move. So I found this gem of a company that had no problem providing me with a move the same day I called. It was amazing they came early and had all the equipment to insure my items were protected. They got my stuff into the truck quick and with ease I was so happy they could help me move so quickly and with no problems what so ever. I would recommend this company to anyone they were truly professionals.

I was absolutely amazed by the level of care and professionalism which was given by City Hound Professional Movers. The crew was very fast, polite and friendly and got the job done really good! They made sure that all our household items were thoroughly protected against damage and protected all our walls and carpets. As well as they kept an awesome attitude throughout the process. I would definitely recommend this guys to a friends and family. Will call them again for my next move.
