- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with a new customer is as follows: 1. We have the customer fill out our information sheet online to get important move information or we schedule a walkthrough if the customer chooses that option. 2. Based on the information sheet or walkthrough we email the customer a quote and answer any follow up questions. 3. If the customers decides to move forward we then schedule a date and time for their move. We also send over the link to the terms and conditions or a contract for signature depending on if they choose the hourly or flat rate. 4. We take a non refundable $25 deposit to lock in the date and time. The deposit goes toward the move 5. We complete the move
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of residential and commercial moves. I worked for moving companies for 9 years gaining experience before venturing out on my own.
