We had such a great experience with this moving company today! Gorjan, Jeido, and Oscar went above and beyond to make our move seamless and stress-free. They completed everything in about three hours from start to finish — efficient, careful, and professional the entire time. There was a small hiccup at the beginning when the wardrobe boxes were forgotten, but Gorjan handled the situation perfectly. He used the one wardrobe box they had to pack all our closets together himself and the owner, Vlad, even provided a discount for the inconvenience, which was much appreciated. The team was hardworking, friendly, and pleasant to work with. They disassembled and reassembled our heavy furniture and took great care with our larger and fragile items, using their own materials for protection. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer service really stood out. Vlad also went the extra mile by arranging same-day mounting for our TVs and drapery rods at a very reasonable price, which gave us so much peace of mind right after moving in. We couldn’t be happier with how everything went and will definitely be recommending them to our friends and family in the future!

The Top Movers Pro crew arrived at 10:15 and easily carried my heavy boxes up wet (from the previous night’s rain) concrete stairs and kept my things dry. They plastic wrapped my mattress and did not need to disassemble my bedframe. The contents of my 1-bedroom apartment (including a stationary bike) was loaded into the truck by 10:45. At my new place, the guys unloaded the truck by 11:25, and I was napping by noon - this is the way to move!
