James Heyward I’ve been with Soup and First Priority Fitness for almost two years. I came to Soupar wanting to gain weight and muscle and get in shape. I have put on 20-pounds of muscle and I feel great. Not only has Soupar helped me to keep the muscle on but he has also helped me keep my diabetes under control with great diet and weightlifting advice. I highly recommend Soupar and First Priority Fitness. jhFeb 8, 2018
Soup is great guy. Takes his time to explain and prepare. His trainings are very challenging, but feel right and his schedule is flexible to my needs.Jun 6, 2017Verified
