Introduction: To me, personal fitness is WAY MORE than just a set of free weights. It's the personal growth that takes place a long the way. Clearing out all that "extra noise" in your life, will help you get your body to where you want it to be. Weather it's losing 15 pounds, running farther, becoming more flexible; You will undoubtedly learn about yourself in getting to that point. This is exactly what I address in my small group sessions. It's proven to be extremely beneficial in getting you from point A to point B.

All I can say is I feel and look awesome! My energy is back up and I am high school skinny! Thanks Serena you are a awesome trainer! I am so lucky to have found you! I have hired dozens of different trainers at the gym before but you really put your heart into your work and I love the routines! Keep up the good work!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Be sure to have training times that work for you already planned out prior to meeting your trainer. Also, have your fitness goals listed out to discuss them and find out if they're feasible. List all medications, injuries, or other ailments on a sheet of paper to hand to your trainer so they can plan accordingly and create a work out that you're able to finish.
