- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a first week free deal to every customer. This includes a free consultation and program creation, one 60 minute training personal training session, a private Nutrition 101 course, access to my personalized workout app, access to my virtual nighttime stretch routine, a weekly health assessment survey, and actionable feedback worksheet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free 30 minute phone and video consultations for each potential client. This includes a pre-exercise health risk assessment, reviewing past medical history, listening to your requirements, discussing goals, identifying comfort levels, and evaluation of current fitness levels. There will be optimal time for questions and discussion of schedule, as well as different programming options. The first week of coaching is absolutely free!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have provided fitness services in the DC Metropolitan area for over three years, and have over 5 years of experience working as a health and fitness coach. I am a practicing Registered Nurse in Washington, D.C. working with patients undergoing surgeries that include joint replacement, spinal fusion, wound healing, and amputation. I received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boston College in 2017. While at BC, I became a certified Personal Trainer and worked with university faculty and staff developing wellness plans, leading exercise sessions and creating fitness routines. Additionally, I was a member of the Boston College Cheerleading team and interned at Peak Performance Physical Therapy in Arlington, MA. I obtained my Weight Management Specialist certification in 2017 and my Medical Exercise Specialist certification in 2019, both through the American Council on Exercise
