Agnese is awesome! She is attentive and fun trainer to work with. I have recently sprain my ankle and she can guide me through rehab exercise as well as work out. Very professional. I especially appreciate the time they take to explain the exercises, and how they should or shouldn't be feeling while doing them. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?There is always room for improvement. Fitness industry constantly changes, so does the fitness business. I am currently getting certified as a level 2 running coach and a corrective exercise specialist.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I was a college athlete. After I graduated I gained a lot of weight. I learned what I had to do to lose it. I completely changed my lifestyle and lost 50 lbs. it makes me happy when I can teach others to do the same.
- What types of customers have you worked with?I have worked with a lot of clients who have a lot of weight to lose( 25 lbs and more). I also work with a lot of athletes, especially runners who are rehabbing after an injury or a surgery.
