- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rental packages are all inclusive so we base our rate on the length of the rental. We recognize that not every event needs to have all the bells and whistles. So let us know if you need something catered to your special event. We also know that you may or may not need as long of a rental as you think. We can advise you on how to get the most bang for your buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From beginning to end we try to be as prompt as possible when communicating with our clients. The process is simple and straight forward and can be handled entirely on line.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone laughed at me when I decided to major in Photo Booth Science & Technology at the University of.....just kidding. Our degrees have nothing to do with photo booths or taking pictures. We like to have fun, meet people and experience new work environments. Everyone in our group has had many years of customer interaction through previous work experience.
