- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free estimates and a flat rate fee per job. No hourly rates charged. All work performed comes with a guarantee unless other wise stated to customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer reaches out we find out details of what the immediate issue is, setup a time to come out when convenient for the customer and provide the customer with a free estimate during the appointment time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Master Plumber license, Contractors license
