What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates start at $500, with an additional hourly rate for more complex cases. Discounts may be provided for less complex cases.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll speak with the customer to learn more about the information and services they are seeking and provide an estimate to complete the case. We will then send a contract and upon receipt of the signed contract and payment, we will begin working the case. Upon completion, we will send the customer a written report of our findings.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be specific about the information and services you are seeking. What specifically do you want a PI to do for you? What information do you need a PI to get for you? The clearer that is upfront, the more likely you are to find someone who is a good match for you.
