I specialize in working with adults and children helping you build confidence and getting you moving in the water doing a lot of repetition on survival mode, which is swimming on the back along with freestyle and breaststroke etc. Adults come to swim thinking "I can’t do that” or “I’m not coordinated.” I quickly turn those doubts into “I will be great at this!” My goal is for every adult/child to leave each lesson feeling confident and with the best experience. Ideal for: ✔ Adults learning to swim for safety, fitness, triathlons, or vacations ✔ Beginners of all ages looking to gain confidence and skill in the water Class Locations & Schedule: 📍 Maryland & Washington DC (inside the Beltway) – Monday, Wednesday, and Sunday 📍 Springfield, VA & surrounding areas – Tuesday and Thursday 💦 Private Lessons at Home Pools: $175 ⭐ Grandfathered rates available for returning guests for Spring/Summer 2025 ***Please take into consideration- I maintain a strict 24-hour notification cancellation and no-show policy to ensure all guest have the same opportunity to receive the highest quality of personal attention and care durning their swim session.
