- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give the same level of service whether they are a first time buyer on a tight budget or seller with a million dollar listing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients a bit. Learn what their goals are and timeline. Every client has a unique situation and I don’t have a cookie cutter approach. I do have systems and processes though so nothing falls through the cracks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to a BSEE and an MBA, I have a broker’s license in Virginia, Maryland and DC. You never stop learning in this job and I have a number of accreditations - CRS (the highest credential awarded to residential agents), GRI, CIPS, ABR and many, many hours of continuing education.
