Couldn’t have asked for better service. Came to my house on a Friday night on short notice and worked hard to recover data from an external hard drive. He tried everything possible, explaining carefully what the problem might be and suggesting alternate solutions. I have received excellent customer service and quality workmanship from Atanas. He is very quick to respond and is clearly quite skilled at his craft. I recently had an issue accessing Quickbooks. Great service! Atanas came out to our shop to assess our network and ended up fixing our router which had not been installed right by our internet provider. It was a simple thing for him but it helped us out so much!
