I had problems with my external hard drive, so I liaised with ATIS-USA to see whether they could do anything. To my surprise, Atanas emailed me immediately - I appreciated the fact there was no lag whatsoever to his prompt communication. He offered a decent quote and, upon agreeing, he scheduled a visit with me to inspect the problem. As agreed upon, he arrived at my place at the appointed time and investigated the problem with the external memory. Upon diagnosing it, he helped fix it right away. What impressed me the most was the fact that Atanas was an honest IT specialist in an industry where so many might show unscrupulous tendencies by overcharging, being late, doing sloppy work - nothing like Atanas himself. It was therefore a delight to employ him. He certainly has the right customer service attitude. I heartily recommend him to customers in need of prompt, competent, and reasonably priced IT services.

Couldn’t have asked for better service. Came to my house on a Friday night on short notice and worked hard to recover data from an external hard drive. He tried everything possible, explaining carefully what the problem might be and suggesting alternate solutions. This is easily the most outstanding customer service I’ve gotten from anyone on Thumbtack. A true professional. Please hire him. You won’t be sorry.

I have received excellent customer service and quality workmanship from Atanas. He is very quick to respond and is clearly quite skilled at his craft. I recently had an issue accessing Quickbooks. I called him on on the morning of January 2nd to schedule an appointment and he response was, 'that won't be necessary, I'll be there within the hour'...Atanas, I truly appreciate you and the service you provide. Great service! Atanas came out to our shop to assess our network and ended up fixing our router which had not been installed right by our internet provider. It was a simple thing for him but it helped us out so much!
