He offered a decent quote and, upon agreeing, he scheduled a visit with me to inspect the problem. As agreed upon, he arrived at my place at the appointed time and investigated the problem with the external memory. Upon diagnosing it, he helped fix it right away.
What impressed me the most was the fact that Atanas was an honest IT specialist in an industry where so many might show unscrupulous tendencies by overcharging, being late, doing sloppy work - nothing like Atanas himself. It was therefore a delight to employ him. He certainly has the right customer service attitude.
I heartily recommend him to customers in need of prompt, competent, and reasonably priced IT services.
