- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge on a case-by-case basis, depending on the project. Some projects require more time, research and general effort, while others require less. Obviously, larger projects with multiple add-on services; as well as a la carte services, will be charged a larger fee. However; I have an ongoing special for web design, domain and email set up, social media setup, news feed and social media management tool set up and training for $4,000.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a meeting in person or via Skype so that I can get a better idea of their brand, needs, timeline, budget and expectations; then I get to work! My turnaround time is never more than 2 weeks -- even for large projects!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I network on LInkedIn and at local meet and greets with other digital media professionals. Additionally, I subscribe to several industry trend publications and attend professional conferences.
