Hello. My name is Gulee. I’m a professional tailor with over 15 years of experience, and also a dress designer who truly loves creating pieces from scratch — from elegant evening gowns to everyday dresses ✨
I’ve now opened a small home garage studio where I offer high-quality alterations with a lot of care and attention to detail.

I had just a great experience. My dress was altered quickly and professionally. (Bridesmaids dress bustle and tuck in a week). She communicated exactly what to expect cost-wise. She only started work after everything was planned out and agreed upon. You do pay upfront, but I was so grateful for her expertise. She gave me different options for the alterations that I needed. She is more reasonably priced than a large store/ business and I never got any misc. fees. Highly recommend her

I’m so happy I found Gulee! She is so friendly, talented, and professional! She helped me with fixing a couple of things that another seamstress messed up and altered pants for me changing them from bell bottoms to more tapered in and hemming them.
She has a degree in and is a professional fashion designer so she can also make fancy dresses from scratch.
Her studio is beautiful and organized and a relaxed and inviting space. And Gulee herself is very relaxed and kind. The prices are fair and the turnaround is quick. Highly recommend!

I was looking for an affordable seamstress/taylor in my area. Thumbtack referred Gulee. She was quick to respond to my inquiry. She was very pleasant and informative. She allowed me to do a virtual consultation with estimated prices. This saved me time, gas and took the guesswork out. When we met she was very professional. She thoroughly explained what she would do, how she would do it and why. Her communication was great. Her studio was very neat and clean. Her prices were comparable. The end result was awesome. I will be using Gulee for my sewing needs again.

I couldn't be happier with the hemming on my dress! I needed it altered for my friend's wedding this September, and the work was absolutely perfect.
