Joshua is energetic and skilled at painting, plumbing, electrical, and wood refinishing. He is resourceful at figuring out things that come up on the job, and knowledgeable about materials. He has pride in his work. He is courteous and respectful about what the client wants and he is just plain nice to be around. He did drywall repair, painting, light switch replacement, caulking, toilet resealing, and linoleum installation at my home. He should certainly charge more for his valuable skills and the quality of his work!
