I hired Ronny to clean my townhouse after I moved out. He was very professional and friendly, and his rate was fair. I left a key since I was out of town, and Ronny completed the work on his own. He texted me before and after photos so I could see the cleaned house. Our fridge was a mess but now it looks brand new! We also had a challenge because I accidentally turned the electricity off one day early. But Ronny was very patient while I had the power turned back on so he could vacuum and clean the carpet. I was very impressed with Ronny's work and I would definitely hire him again. Ronny helped reduce my move-out stress and I'm so relieved that my landlord will be happy with the clean house!

Ronnie did a great job, he's polite and professional. The carpet turned out well; I liked it that I didn't have to hire a separate carpet cleaner. The refrigerator looked brand new when he was finished with it! I would recommend him to others and hire him again.

Ronny was absolutely amazing to work with! He responded to my thumbtack ad immediately and was able to handle my college son's move out cleaning for his apartment. He was very professional and did an amazing job on the cleaning. I have hope this year of getting his security deposit back. He even sent me before and after pictures of the job. He showed up on time and ready to work. He quoted a very resonable price, we did renegotiate the price based on 2 grown college boys horrible house keeping habits. Even the negotiated new price was extremely reasonable.
I will use Ronny again next year and recommend him to my friends who have kids at college in Radford and Blacksburg.

Competitive prices. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great results. The cleaners (team of 2) were great with my kids and crazy dog. Just started using them, but so far I'm impressed with their motivation, attention to detail and good nature. It's comforting (to me at least) that Ronny runs a real business with a good looking website and insurance; It suggests a level of professionalism and accountability that, so far, is the real deal. I'll be recommending Customized Clean to friends and neighbors.

Customized Clean's team arrived on time, were very nice, and carefully listened and made sure that they understood all my requests. Then, they did a great job cleaning, and didn't leave until they made sure that everything was in a state to my liking. I will definitely recommend them and use their services again when I have another chance.
