Marcelo and his team at Zeus Building and Renovations cut a new, large doorway into a load-bearing wall, replaced the crown moulding in my living room and dining room, and painted my living room, dining room, and kitchen. They worked long days to finish the whole job in 6 days--ahead of schedule. Marcelo has an eye for detail, and the finish product looks great. For example, he salvaged the baseboard he removed to wrap it around the base of the new door frame; he custom-built and stained a wide wood transition strip for the the floor of the new doorway; and the moulding corners are meticulous. Friends who hadn't seen the house before thought the doorway was original. The painting is well done with very crisp lines and clean trim, and Marcelo patched a lot of lines and bumps in the walls so that an old house now looks smooth and new. He cleaned up all the drywall dust so that the house was clean when he left. Marcelo's communication was great, and he sent photo updates of his progress while I was away. His price was fair, and I would hire him again.

Marcelo owner of Zeus Renovations does high quality work with an artistic touch as you can see from my pictures. He has painted all of the rooms in our home and has left his mark. As you can see he painted a mural in my daughters room, a basketball court in my other daughters room and made a pattern in our hallway. He also has repaired drywall in our home after a roof leak. In addition he did extensive renovations for my parents farm including siding the barn, repairing rotten wood, painting the house and out buildings and applying fascia to the wood trim. He is an outstanding worker and fair is his pricing. I would highly recommend him for your renovations.

Very happy with Zeus Renovation . Marcelo was easy to deal with and very thorough and deliberate in his work. Did little extras for me as well. Painted my kitchen living room and dining room ceiling doors and trim. Also painted great room ceiling and repaired numerous cracks.
