- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my customers, either with a call/email or text, preferably BEFORE our first session. Getting a little "background" on the family and dog first. Next I ask the customer to sit down with the family and come up with a list of things that they are wanting the dog to "know" already, the behaviors they want to "extinguish". Next comes the meeting, I come to your home so that I can see the exact behaviors you have explained to me on the phone, and to see you and your dog interact. Also, it's best to be at home, as this is usually where the "unwanted" behaviors start. Next comes the behavior training/modification. Afterwards, you get homework emailed to you, within a day's time, of the things you worked on with your dog. I'm always available to my clients. Night or day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certificates in Dog training, Mentor Dog Trainer at Animal Behavior College. Certificate in Crucial Concepts in Dog Behavior and Training at Udemy. Years upon years, of continuous interaction with dogs of all sizes, shapes and personalities. What can I say? I'm a dog person! :)
