If I could give Cville Pet Concierge and Sandra and Natalie a TEN star review I would. I planned a 14 day stay out of the country and was very concerned about my cat who I have never "kennelled" in his 17 years. But I needed a break and needed to NOT be worried. Team Charlottesville Pet Concierge delivered that and much more. The intake and scheduling process at the front end, plus the ability to adjust the times/days of visits made the whole thing smooth as glass. Their precise, detailed attention to my needs at the initial visit to get to know "Puddy" (my cat of course) gave me a great deal of peace of mind knowing they would care for him as I do myself. In his normal space and comfort zone. The delivered in spades. I was away during the great "ice storm" of January 2026 and was very worried that no one could get to him but they persevered and updated me regular on their OWN ability to get out and they got to my cat the very next day. Their constant and fulsome updates (including several photos) were amazing. They were also IMMEDIATELY responsive to any questions and concerns I expressed. Honestly I really cannot say enough good things about this service. Take my word for it, they are the bomb diggity and well worth the money I spent which is about as much as I might have spent on kenneling him at my vet and got 10 times the peace of mind knowing my beloved cat was just as beloved by the pack leader, Sandra and her"pack." Puddy also loves them and highly recommends.

Cannot say enough fantastic things about Cville Pet Concierge, truly an incredible and dedicated team. It brings such peace of mind to know that my dog is in great hands when I'm away, and the team are always responsive and text wonderful updates & photos while I am away. They are consistent and incredibly professional. Our dog, Sammie, is more than appreciative to have some of her new favorite people come drop in for dog walks to keep her occupied and also give lots of snuggles! If you are looking for a dog walker in the area and considering Cville Pet Concierge, stop looking because you found a good one!!

Everything about this local service was amazing:- very prompt response upon my initial request- free walk through prior to officially booking (this was a huge perk as this is not a definite or mandatory through other sites such as Rover).- great pricing, below national competitors with so much more attention to detail- efficient communication and detailed updates with every visit including a full report of what was done as well as several pictures.- user friendly app-most importantly was the kindness, compassion and detail both the owner Sandra and Kittys sitter Anissa showed from start to finish.We have always had friends, colleagues, neighbors watch our cat and house sit, so this was the first time using an actual pet care service and it more than exceeded our expectations.The price is more than reasonable, coming in under the under popular conglomerate organizations and equal to what we would pay a friend/neighbor.Charlottesville Pet Conceitge will be our go to pet service as long as we live here.

I could not recommend Fetch! Charlottesville enough! We absolutely adore Rachel, Cameron, and Sandra who take amazing care of our sweet dog, Poppy! She looks forward to their visits and the pet sitters take extreme care to ensure the safety and quality of the visit(s). Between belly rubs, walks, pictures, and attention to detail - theres no one in the Crozet/Cville area I trust more!

After so many bad experiences with other sitters in the area, we were so pleased with the folks at Cville Pet Concierge! They are incredibly professional and thorough. They have a good team approach that meant our dog got lots of attention throughout the day and night. Our neighbors even commented that they had never seen sitters spend so much time with our dog and never saw our dog like any sitters as much. Even though there were three sitters here while we were on our week-long trip, we came home and never knew anyone had even been here - the house was just as we left it. Stop wasting your time with Rover Roulette and call the Pet Concierge! You won't regret it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer premium in home service customized to each pet. Our pricing is based on the personalized care plan we’ll develop together. We will not be the cheapest price you’ll find. The cheapest options are typically independent sitters that are not insured and bonded. We are fully insured and bonded. Our trained, professional sitters must also clear background checks to be on our team. These are important points to consider when searching for the care of your pets in your home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are about building relationships. We start with a meet and greet in the customers home where our owner and the assigned primary sitter will meet the pet and its’ family in his/her home environment. We’ll go over their routine and also observe how the pet is responding to our sitter. A great fit between sitter and pet and their safety and comfort is our top priority.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are safety certified and our sitters are pet lovers who are selected for their experience with various types of pets. Some have vet tech backgrounds, which is great for pets who need medication/injections during their care.
