- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-We measure your property and discuss our fence styles that will best suit your needs! -We provide our proposal to you via email that includes a siteplan and any applicable warranties for the fence. -Once you accept the proposal, we require a 50% deposit so we can order materials and set an installation date. We offer financing! -If you live in an HOA community, we will need to see written approval from your HOA prior to starting the installation. We recommend getting this approval prior (if possible) -Depending on the style of fence and material you choose, supply chain lead times can vary - we'll let you know expected lead times during the process! -Once the material is ready, we will have it delivered to your house the day before so it is ready to go for our crews! -Most of our installations are completed within 1-2 days! -We make sure you are 5 star satisfied with your new fence!
