Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: It is my passion to help others live healthier lives. I lost my Mom to cancer when she was only 57 as a result of many of the lifestyle choices she made. I hope to help others live longer, fuller lives by incorporating heath and fitness in to their lives while creating realistic goals. My background in Psychology and years of behavior therapy allows me to help individuals figure out and hopefully overcome the obstacles to success. Helping others reach their goals while having the flexibility to raise my two middle school age children.

Beth and I have developed a wonderful friendship in addition to the training sessions. Not only do I get a physical workout, but "mental therapy" too as we solve the 'problems' of the world! She is fun to workout with!

I’ve been working with Beth for about 5 years—she is a great trainer who addresses your individual needs. She’s great at encouraging you to stay on target with an exercise program. She is flexible, easy going, an all-around great person. She has worked with me to build core strength and regain balance after a back problem and helped me rebuild strength and return to skiing after a knee injury. I highly recommend her no matter your age, or what shape you are in. She’ll help you meet your goals at your pace and actually make working out more fun!
