David is a wonderful technician, very helpful in explaining how an electric garagedoor opener actually works, which I had not fully understood. He diagnosed the problem, fixed that issue, tightened the belt. Since the garagedoor and opener were original to the house, built in 2006, I asked him how much longer before I should have the spring replaced. He said it had about a year left, at the most, so I asked him if he could replace it now. He had all the parts and tools with him, gave me an estimate, which I approved. My garagedoor now sounds like it’s brand new! I am very happy with the work, and the same-day service!
