Charlottesville Gutter Pros did a great job replacing or skimpy gutter and downspout which were inadequate to handle the volume of water coming off the roof but they were right! No more overflow or sheets of water on our back steps. I highly recommend and their pricing was very fair.

From the first initial meeting with Todd Miller it was a very professional, detailed, and honest assessment of what we needed and didnt need as far as gutters and the accompanying drainage system. He takes whatever amount of time needed to make sure the clients have a full understanding and to answer all questions thoroughly.Kyle and the Gutter Installation crew were very professional, cleaned up, and walked around with me after the job was completed and answered all my questions and concerns.Matt and his Digging crew who installed all of the drainage lines and pop ups were as well professional and did an outstanding job .Definitely recommend if you need Gutters.Joyce Waddy & Pam Johnson

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices for gutter cleaning are higher than most and there's a very simple reason: the level of attention we give your gutter system for a cleaning service is above and beyond everyone else in central Virginia. Our eyeballs are close to your gutters and we check for leaks, damage, missing hangers, etc. We make sure your downspouts are clean which takes a lot of time and most 'gutter guys' don't want to do that so they don't.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After you ask for a quote from us, we'll either give it to you over the phone (for gutter cleaning) or schedule a meeting with you to discuss larger projects like gutter replacement, drain issues, etc. Then we provide a quote for your approval with a 25% deposit and then we schedule it. Custom color jobs aren't a big deal but it takes a few weeks to receive the material from our supplier. Gutter cleaning can be done pretty quickly after approval.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a Class A contractor but let's be real - that doesn't mean we're good at what we do! Our technicians are top notch because they've cleaned 1000s of homes just like yours! Do you want someone who's fixed 10 cars to fix your car or someone who's fixed 1000 cars?
