ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Everyone showed up on time and was willing to help us out with anything. Scott couldn't have been anymore organized and made sure everything we wanted was done and offered extra help. We have moved 4 times in the charlottesville area and used the other "well known " movers and did not receive the care and professionalism we got today. They put blankets down to move anything across the wooden floors, wrapped and secured everything, took their time moving items AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME NOTHING WAS BROKEN!! they showed up with a crew of folks and had TWO trucks loaded and heading to our new house with in an hour! There was no smoke breaks or anything....they didn't even stop to eat when I ordered them lunch, just ate in-between moving items. The crew was most tolerant and sweet about my rude dog that barked at them constantly. I will definitely use them again and HIGHLY recommend Quality Property and Delivery Services LLC.

Scott and Alli were great to work with. They showed up early and arrived ready to get the job done. They moved many heavy items for me into my U-haul without issue. They took lots of care when moving the items and paid great attention to detail. From start to finish the communication Scott provided was great. I would highly recommend hiring Scott.

The gentlemen came and reviewed what I was needing to move. One of my furniture pieces was a bit bulky and giving some issue fitting through the doorway. They were not willing to give up and through some ingenuity and wiggling they accomplished all of the items I needed help moving in just an hour of time. They were very professional and willing to help with more items if I needed it.

The guys worked hard and got the job done quickly. I moved to the 3rd floor and they had to climb 3 flights of stairs about 20 times to bring everything in during 98 degree weather. The guys were very nice and handled everything carefully. I’ll definitely be hiring them again for my next move!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be as specific as possible in our preselected Thumbtack pricing, but it can be limiting. It does not consider travel time and fuel cost for out of area service. We will be upfront with those fees in our original estimate to you.
One thing I would like to share for customers who are not familiar with the term "man hour", what it is. If two persons work for one hour, each person worked one "man hour". Since two people each worked one "man hour" the total is then two "man hours". Billing would be for two hours even if they only worked one hour. I like to explain this ahead of time as some customers are unfamiliar with the term and so are unsure about ultimate billing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been transporting and delivering for more than three decades. Very rarely do I see an unfamiliar circumstance. Commercial or private, if it will fit in a 26foot truck I have probably delivered it and possibly installed it.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with private homes, retail stores, wholesale companies, warehouse, utilities, private offices and others.
