Shane, was very responsive and accommodating. He was very patient with our 1 year old daughter. He took amazing pictures and it only took him 24 hours to send us his final work.

Shane is really fun to work with. he is very responsive in scheduling and answering questions and concerns i have before and during the photoshoot. I just adopted a dog and a cat from the shelter, both are still adapting with the the house, the neighborhood, new people, etc. Shane went beyond to make sure me and my pet babies are comfortable. he was very patient with my dear dog who could be weary of stranger. We went to different locations around the Kennedy Center and he captured the essence of my relationship with my dog outdoor and then at home with both the cat and dog beautifully. he brought the best in us, even me who usually not really comfortable being photographed. after the shoot he informed me he would take a couple of days to process the pictures and he delivered on time and I am very happy with the results. i can't recommend him enough
