Robert and his team were excellent. Robert was the most professional of any of the contractors I got estimates from; he was friendly and returned my messages promptly, even when I had a couple of questions after repairs were complete. Robert at Retex is the man! He is honest, friendly and reliable. Instead of replacing our old (but still good) roof, he recommended a roof refresh that will hopefully get us another 3-5 years before we need to replace. When we finally do replace, we will definitely use Retex again!

Did a great job. Started when promised and done in three days. Great pricing and quality product and install team - finished product looks very nice and we appreciate their help even picking shingle color that would look good with the brick.

We provide complimentary, no-pressure appointments so you can gain peace of mind about your home's exteriors without any unexpected charges.
Because we offer the most-competitive pricing we can to keep the lights on and serve you, we do not provide discounts for our services at this time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would love to get to know you and learn about your home exterior project!
When you reach out to us, you can expect an immediate response and a cheerful office manager to help you schedule an appointment with one of our exterior experts. You'll receive an appointment confirmation email, and the exterior expert assigned to your appointment will give you a call when he's on his way.
Our appointments typically last between 30 and 45 minutes, including about 15 minutes to conduct our exterior assessments. We focus on educating homeowners with photos and/or videos showing what we’ve discovered during our assessment of their home, and we share our best recommendations for fixing or replacing their home’s exteriors. We pride ourselves on providing quality products and services, clear communication, and great customer care for homeowners throughout the Greater Charlottesville, VA area.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crews go through manufacturer installation trainings, and we also support our team members in continuing their education in whichever direction they think will help our company do better by our customers.
