Frankie did a great job with our stove installation. He also replaced the valve to the water line for the refrigerator. He did a great job keeping in contact before he arrived, he was prompt and did an excellent job. I highly recommend
I had called other plumbers who were referred by friends but they were not responsive and when they did show up they could t perform the job that day. Ricky contacted me right away and scheduled a visit the next day. He appraised my job and completed it quickly and professionally the same afternoon. I had a new gas dryer that required a new gas line installation and a new vent from an existing gas line in my laundry room. He also installed my washing machine. I will definitely call Ricky when my 2004 gas water heater kicks the bucket.
Daniel is very knowledgeable and experienced. He solved a difficult problem with an in wall sewer pipe very efficiently and repaired the dry wall there and other places in the house. And he vented the microwave to the outside while he was here.
Bernie did a great job removing my old faucet and installing my new one. He was responsive to my questions and concerns. The work quality was great and he was very professional. We did a little negotiation on price but my primary concern was to give the work to a local business. He kept me posted on his schedule and since I was flexible on when the work could be done, we both were able to work with each other's schedule. I will definitely use Cogar Plumbing again!
Justin was courteous and professional. Installed my attic ladder the very next day and at a very reasonable price- quality of work was great.
Changed anode rod in water heater and in process of draining heater discovered dump pump not cutting off. Installed sump pump promptly and all work done at reasonable cost.
This is the epitome of a good small/local company. Curtis Home Improvements played a difficult role in our multi-faceted home renovation. We hired them to convert a large window to a set of french doors, build a large custom deck, abandon several electric base plate heaters, have granite counter tops installed in our kitchen, install a tile back splash in our kitchen, custom cut our cabinets and installed a wall mounted microwave, installed a dishwasher, and a sink disposal. They did all this while seamlessly allowing other contractors to come in install a new heat pump, pull up carpets and put hardwoods in one room, refinish hardwoods everywhere else, and my family to remove wall paper and paint throughout the house while I built a fence. In the process, we added on a few change orders: removing, repairing and placing new tile for a bathroom floor where we found some wet rot, skim coating areas on the drywall that were messed up from previous renovations or from removing wall paper. They performed this additional work without missing a beat, and at a fair cost. Everything looks great.
General roof repair and some gutter cleaning needed. Also, there was work to prevent future leaks around the skylight on our roof. He was on time and paid attention to details. I would hire him for future jobs without question. Stefan gives even more than you expect. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Mike did an outstanding job of replacing a cracked window in our basement as well as repairing a leaking shower. His work is very professional and couldn't have asked for a better man for the job!
I have nothing but good things to say about this contractor/friend. I've found that one of the harder tests of friendship is doing business with them. In this case I have no regrets. In the past four years I have bought a home, had to move out of town and rent that home. Adams Home Renovations has helped with: Put up a new fence, installed a door, painted and prepared my rental property between tenants, repaired my eve and roof when I incurred wind damage. I have referred them to family members: For my father - replaced a barn door, put down new flooring on the sun porch, noticed some bad water damage and repaired the gutters and some supports. For my mother - put in a new door after her home got broken into. Went out of their way to get this done in a hurry. Remodeled a bathroom, painted and installed ceiling fans. For my Aunt - Touched up some mortar, put up a facade to hide some computer wires and exposed structural steel, and repaired concrete at the threshold at her garage door. There are several other jobs they have done, and I (and their clients) have been pleasantly by their work. I'll be frank, the people at Adams Home Renovations are friends of mine. I have had problems doing business with other friends in the past. But if I ever had a single problem with the work Adams Home Renovations have done for me, my friends and my family, I wouldn't keep recommending them for any job large or small.
Hawthorne Plumbing has been quick to service our issues for the past 2 or 3 years-when the hot water tank exploded, when our rental home has plumbing problems, and when we were missing a knob for an outside spiket they replaced it. Good guys.
Mr. Strickland built a screened-in porch, installed a shower stall in the basement and a door to the basement. He even located a better stall and did extensive site preparation.and picked it up for me. His work was outstanding. He was always early to the job. Nothing could be better. Nothing went wrong. I would use him again.
