Apex was the third plumber to check out my sump pump and quote me on a new one. The other two plumbers quoted me $545 and $546… Apex quoted me $2,100. Four times the amount. Granted it’s a lifetime warranty, but I could pay to replace the pump three times for that price so it makes no sense. That’s why they get one star. They were friendly and knowledgeable, though!
