Liz has taught class when I've attended Hot Yoga Charlottesville. She always leads a vibrant, challenging, and compassionate class with a mix of asana, breath and laughter. I just wish her classes were longer!

Liz teaches an amazing class. I like to feel a real workout and I never leave her class with a dry mat. Before Liz, I enjoyed yoga, but never really looked forward to the next class. Now, I take three of her classes a week!
