I had a water leak and could not identify where the water was coming up through the floor. This was during one of the snow storms a few months back. I called 3 places for an emergency plumber and Power Plumbing was the nicest and most helpful. Despite the terrible weather, they sent someone that night. After learning of what may have been a main water line issue, the supervisor came out the next day, no extra charge, to also assess the situation. They were very helpful and kind and emphatic. I would have gone through them to have the work completed but the City is taking care of the issue. Locally owned. Prices are VERY reasonable. Highly recommend and would definitely call again, hopefully I never need to though!

I hired this company for an emergency plumbing repair after my hot water tank stopped working. They came out and said they fixed the issue, but the very next day I still had no hot water. I called them back and they sent a different technician. Instead of actually inspecting the work that was done, he briefly waved a non-contact voltage tester near the unit and told me I needed an electrician. I had never had any electrical issues before this repair, but I still hired an electrician to be safe. The electrician immediately found and fixed the issue caused by the plumbing repair, even though it technically was not his job. I ended up paying an additional $229 for the electrician’s diagnosis and repair. The staff was polite, but I’m disappointed with the lack of troubleshooting, the incorrect diagnosis, and the fact that I never heard back after explaining what happened.
