He understands that people need their computers repaired yesterday, and works quickly to make this happen. I saw a Facebook ad that was on my friends wall about Big D Computer services. Coincidentally my computers got a virus! I was unable to fully start my computer. Fearing that my computer, along with all of my family photos, tax documents, and need I mention my children's photos of them growing up would be lost. I called Big D, he set up a time for home to come over and see if he can do anything. Well, to my luck, he recovered everything on my hard drive within a matter of minutes! Wait! Get this, he didn't charge me because he worked so fast! He suggested that I get an external hard drive to back up my computer, which can be expensive or use a cloud based system that he recommended for half the price! Big D is amazing! He recovered my son and daughters first birthday along with all of their other "firsts"! Thanks Big D, you're awesome!!
