Introduction: Hello, my name is Charles M. of Exodus Computers, a minority-owned and -operated, customer-service oriented computer repair company. I am based in Chesapeake, Virginia, and service the Hampton Roads region and parts of North Carolina. I have been involved in computers for well over 20 years. I have experienced both sides of the computer world, from being the customer to providing the customer with support. I decided to go into the business because I noticed that service in this industry no longer seems to be personable and satisfactory. It appears businesses just want to get your money and do not seem to care about the customer and whether or not they were completely satisfied with your service. So at Exodus Computers, I am extending my services to anyone who not only wants to be satisfied with the technical support of a local technician but also wants that friendly, old-style small-business feel again that you were once accustomed to. They say small businesses run the economy. A friendly handshake and a smile after good service go a long way.
