Joe was very nice and knowledgeable, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. He was clean and left no mess behind. He gave some recommendations, but was not pushy about it. I would call them again if needed.

Although I had already found help for my electrical emergency, I really appreciated the kindness and professionalism shown by this company. They called nice and early the next morning to check on my situation and see if I still needed assistance. The woman I spoke with was genuinely caring and concerned, which meant a lot during a stressful situation. We operate strictly on a flat-rate pricing model, which means you pay by the job, not by the hour. Before any work begins, you will receive a clear, upfront quote so you know the exact cost. There are zero hidden fees, surprise surcharges, or overtime costs—even if the job takes longer than expected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have multiple technicians, therefore, we work diligently to schedule a time that is convenient for our customers. We have a shorter arrival window than most, as your time is just as important to us as ours is.
Upon arrival, we will discuss any concerns or wishes that you may have. We will then offer a free electrical inspection and assess the project at hand. Upon completion, we will explain the work that needs to be done along with providing an estimate.
For smaller jobs, we are typically able to complete the work at that time, if approved. For larger jobs, we schedule a date and time that is convenient for our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner/Operator : Vocational School, Tech School and approximately 20 years in the electrical field.
Technicians: Most are journeyman or master's. We provide training throughout the year along with one-on-one's with each employee.
