Joe was very nice and knowledgeable, found the problem, and fixed it quickly. He was clean and left no mess behind. He gave some recommendations, but was not pushy about it. I would call them again if needed.

My service call was handled by Christian and he was very professional . I was pleased in his prompt handling of addressing the needs that I had at my property. I actually felt like it was a blessing that he came to look at the drip so that he could find the corrosion that was happening to my hot water heater. It was only a matter of time before it blew. It was that bad. Even with the revealed erosion, there was never a hard sell. I thought I was always in control and was able to make an informed decision with all the options he provided. I would absolutely be calling Get Lit for all my electrical and plumbing needs!

I was at my wits end with my washing machine drain continuously backing up! Drew knew just how to handle our older pipes. When his first attempt didn’t work, he took the time and confidently tried something else. He made my day when he said he cleared a huge clog, entirely, that had been building up, never getting fully cleared out in past service calls. Get Lit responded quickly but took a little bit longer to get to my house but the wait was absolutely worth it. They were able to flex to my needs and went out of their way to leave my plumbing significantly better than they found it. Up to code, no more leaks, and no more awkward vanities on the wrong wall. We operate strictly on a flat-rate pricing model, which means you pay by the job, not by the hour. Before any work begins, you will receive a clear, upfront quote so you know the exact cost. There are zero hidden fees, surprise surcharges, or overtime costs—even if the job takes longer than expected.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have multiple technicians, therefore, we work diligently to schedule a time that is convenient for our customers. We have a shorter arrival window than most, as your time is just as important to us as ours is.
Upon arrival, we will discuss any concerns or wishes that you may have. We will then offer a free electrical inspection and assess the project at hand. Upon completion, we will explain the work that needs to be done along with providing an estimate.
For smaller jobs, we are typically able to complete the work at that time, if approved. For larger jobs, we schedule a date and time that is convenient for our customers.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Owner/Operator : Vocational School, Tech School and approximately 20 years in the electrical field.
Technicians: Most are journeyman or master's. We provide training throughout the year along with one-on-one's with each employee.
