- How did you get started doing this type of work?I began my career refinishing industrial floors over 20 years ago. I wanted to be able to provide my services for homeowners but the traditional methods of sanding wood floors is such an inconvenience for people. I aligned myself with a company by the name of "Floor Hero" to be able to bring what I feel is a better solution to the Hampton Roads area. The dust-free, odor free process has been a lifesaver for families with allergy problems and the process is quick so their is minimal interruption to the lives of busy families. This also holds true for businesses. I can refinish a floor using this process with less down-time and it is less expensive than traditional refinishing methods.
