We tired this company to replace cracked bathroom tile. The young man we worked with tried his best and we took a chance on him. He was very polite, but could use better business practices. He didn’t take good notes on things related to the job. He called us several times to get information that was already given to him about the job. After we paid him, we kept getting requests for payment above and beyond the quoted job price. The job was done poor with poor quality.
Weeks later, the tile cracked and we had to pay to get the work redone. When we hired a new contractor, we were informed that the tile had been laid on top of the old tile. We had to pay for the job to be done AGAIN.
The picture below are 1) the original crack, 2) new tile and 3) new tile pulled up, showing that it was laid on old tile.
