David and his crew were great! Extremely easy to talk to and discuss options for my projects. Hands down the most down to earth contractor we’ve ever used!!!
They were a bit pricier than some others but there is no denying their determination to make sure everything is done to our happiness. We did all the hard wood part-(we still need to finish the wall🤪)- and then we were stuck. They came in and did a gorgeous job of tiling. I highly recommend them

My gate blew down and I needed it repaired within 2 hours.. They arrived 45 minutes after I called and were in and out. They came with all of the tools needed and was very professional.. Thanks again for your promptness!!

Dave and his guys completed many tasks (i.e. scraping and repainting and caulking 20 windows, installed a new set of attic pull down stairs, installed smoke detectors, installed a railing on a deck, and replaced the trim around the garage door. The manner in which they performed their work was both timely and with great professionalism. It was a true pleasure doing business with them and they will be the first ones I call again in the future for any repairs needed.

Dave and the team did a great job. They painted, replaced stair rail, built a deck, installed outdoor ceiling fan, and did built-ins in the garage. Amazing communication throughout. Complete trust with having them in house without me all week. Reasonable pricing for exceptional quality work. I’ll be relying on them for future projects as well.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have always been fair and honest with my customers. On several occasions, I have offered suggestions that saved customers thousands of dollars. In the end, they have always been happy, and felt like they got their moneys worth.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will typically come and look at the project in advance. This allows me to take pictures, measure, make suggestions, price materials, and give an assessment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a boy, we built our own home and as a teenager we built a church building. Now I’ve been in construction for over 40 years. When it comes to building, renovating, or repairing, there’s not much I haven’t had some experience with. I have four boys, and have trained them all, and two of them work with me today.
