Happy Monday! Our experience with Logan was good, but when there became a misunderstanding, things kind of went left. Normally when I call for a company to install a gas dryer, I purchase all reinforcements therefore, all that needs to be done is to install. When Logan arrived at the location, he stated that we needed one more connection which I purchased from the company that delivered the dryer. This was shocking, but okay, things happen, and the company that delivered the dryer may have shorted us a connector by mistake. Fine. Logan said he had to purchase a connecter, fine. Move forward and purchase. We just want the dryer installed. Logan came back with the missing connector and installed the dryer. Upon finishing the install, a few of the clients started complaining of a strong gas smell. Before Logan left, my on-site manager brought this to his attention. He told her that he'd be back the next day with his gas leak detector. Why do you not have this device with you, knowing that you're connecting a gas dryer? Is this not something you do when connecting anything gas install??? Anyway, when questioning Logan about the gas detector he got very defensive and condescending and we did not think that this was professional.

Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate the opportunity to clarify what occurred. After reviewing photos, messages, and call logs from the job, we were able to confirm that when the gas odor was reported, Logan immediately identified the source and shut off the gas to ensure the property was safe. The leak was determined to be coming from pre-existing piping, not from the newly installed dryer connection. At that time, it was already well past business hours. Logan communicated with the on-site manager that he would return the next business day to fully address and repair the issue. We also offered to correct the existing piping concern at no additional charge. Regarding the additional connector, the original setup did not include the required 3/4” to 1/2” reducer necessary for a safe installation. Once identified, this was promptly communicated and resolved so the dryer could be installed properly and safely We take professionalism very seriously. If any part of the conversation came across as disrespectful, we sincerely apologize — that was not our intention. At the same time, we believe mutual professionalism is important in all business interactions. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to respond.
