I go above and beyond for the customers peace of mind. I take pride in the quality and effectiveness of my work. I have over 8 years of experience in pest control and Crawlspace work. I graduated trade school from the Tidewaters Builders Association in 2017. I carefully inspect each home thoroughly to ensure the safety of the home and customer. I deliver clear and effective communication to our customers. All inspections come with pictures to communicate exactly the issues. I provide before and after pictures of every job completed. I also schedule to check the quality of work after jobs are complete usually a month or two after job completion free of charge. All inspections and quotes are free. Most of all I always put my customers best interest first.

I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical when I first saw all the perfect 5-star reviews. It’s rare to find a company where seemingly everyone has such a positive experience. After having the work done, however, I completely understand why the ratings are so high.

I hired him to replace the moisture barrier in my crawlspace and replace the crawlspace vents, and the entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. He showed up exactly when he said he would, clearly explained what needed to be done, and delivered exactly what he promised.

The quality of the work was excellent, and everything was completed professionally and with great attention to detail. What impressed me most was his honesty. There was no pressure, no attempt to upsell me on things I didn’t need, and the pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided.

It’s becoming increasingly difficult to find someone who combines good workmanship, reliability, fair pricing, and integrity. He checked every one of those boxes. Now I can personally confirm that those 5-star reviews are well deserved.

If you need crawlspace work done and want someone who is dependable, professional, honest, and reasonably priced, I would absolutely recommend him. I would not hesitate to hire him again.

James was punctual, professional, and extremely polite from start to finish. I initially called him out for a mouse issue and overlooked that my home doesn’t have a crawl space, which is his specialty. Even so, he went above and beyond by sealing a hole that could have been a potential entry point—at no charge.

He later returned to spray our home and yard for pest control, and everything was handled in an organized, thorough, and professional manner. His work ethic and customer care truly stood out. I really appreciated his honesty, kindness, and dedication to doing the right thing. I would absolutely recommend James to anyone in need of pest control services.

James was great to work with! He was able to come quickly to see what was going on, and to solve our rat infestation thoroughly, along with some other issues he noticed with the vapor barrier. He provided a free quality assurance follow up visit, too. I would definitely hire him again for any crawlspace need.

James was amazing. He responded quickly and was able to come out within 2 hours. He made sure to follow up days after to ensure the issue resolved.
