We provide a clear quote before any work begins. Valet Trash Service: Flat monthly rates per unit for apartment communities and residential properties. Custom pricing available for HOAs and multi-unit complexes. Discounts: • Military & Veterans • First-time customers • Property managers (multi-property discounts) Same-day service may include a small rush fee depending on availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact – You send photos or describe the items. 2. Quote – We provide an upfront estimate (virtual or on-site). 3. Schedule – We lock in a time that works for you. 4. Removal/Service – We arrive on time, load everything, and clean the area before leaving. 5. Responsible Disposal – We donate, recycle, or properly dispose whenever possible. For valet trash contracts, we perform a property walk-through, confirm service schedule, and establish a consistent pickup system. We focus on efficiency, cleanliness, and professionalism.
