I primarily close real estate loans as the settlement agent. I explain the package and notarize the documents that need to and return the documents to the mortgage or title company.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find out if the Notary is mobile and if they are available by appointment only. I'm 24 hrs and I trave a maximum of 50 miles and I always try to accomodate my customers schedule.
