Did a great job on a piano which has never been tuned. Plan to have him back in February. Explained everything I needed to know. I’m so happy to have my piano back and in such great shape. Anyone would be more than satisfied to have Jim tune their piano.

Jim was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. This was the first tuning on this 40+ year old piano. Talk about hard work. But it was no problem for Jim. He delivered as advertised and with no surprises! He was also flexible with my work schedule too. I would absolutely hire him again. Thanks Jim!

I just finished speaking with Mr. Jim Smith on the telephone. He was a total gentleman and we've already made an appointment for piano tuning. His rates are quite reasonable and he is flexible about traveling to my area on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
