FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't have a standard pricing system we do every job on an individual basis depending on how big it is and how long the job will take we give all our customers the full price up front before we do any work it is very difficult to go through a book and charge a price that a book tells you to charge when every job is so different some could take 10 minutes some could take hours
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
that's very simple we just take all their information that I would need we would go out and talk to them and evaluate the job what they need done tell them how we price and build a relationship with the customer then it seem to work for me over the years
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
