- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Towne Realty is a full service real estate firm, and I am a full-time licensed Realtor®. Clients can certainly expect to discuss all of these details directly with me during the listing appointment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to engage my new clients with the right questions; to explore their needs for either buying or selling their home. It's important that I learn not only my clients' needs but also their timeframe. From there we sit down and discuss their goals and options, and then move on to designing a plan and a course of action. My clients always have my ear - I'm in constant communication with them every step of the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed Realtor in the state of Virginia, I possess the following certifications, education and skills: *Certified Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) *Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) *B.S. in Business Administration, Management *5 years in mortgage lending *2 years in property management *10+ years as a rental property owner *4 years (6 international moves) as an expatriate relocation client. As well, to maintain my Real Estate license, I must complete several hours of industry-specific continuing education.
