My best real estate transaction! Sean not only knew how to seal the deal, but he was an advocate for me throughout the entire process. Due to my circumstances and time constraints, I had to find someone trustworthy to do remote showings, being my eyes, ears, and nose for my future home. We were so lucky to work with Sean on our home purchase. He went above and beyond to look at properties for us, record video walk throughs in different formats, point out tons of in depth details wed never notice, and walk us through the closing process. I genuinely dont think theres a better agent out there (apologies to the other agents at this firm)! Would highly highly recommend!!

Working with Sean Hudgins was a grate experience. He's not afraid to put in offers gives you true and honest opinions about the properties that he shows you. He's very knowledgeable and good at spoting defects on the properties. This man crawled half way in all the properties crawl space just to make sure things looked good. He's definitely NOT just looking for a quick sale!!!!!!!! His professionalism and patience is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for an honest professional Relator. 10/10 for sure!!!!!

Sean is an awesome realtor. The house we wanted had several offers and we won (!) even though we didnt have the highest offer due to his excellent negotiation skills. Easy going and calm under pressure he made the entire experience so easy. I have already recommended him to my sister and will continue to recommend him to all my friends and family in the Hampton Roads area.

Well, I dont normally leave a review on Realtor sites, I felt like this one was warranted because Sean did an excellent job helping my friend purchase their home in the Hampton Road area. As a Mortgage Broker, it is often difficult for me to find realtors who put the best interest of the client at the forefront. Sean did an outstanding job working hand with my loan team and made what couldve been a very complex transaction. Extremely smooth. He proved himself to be the best of the best in the Hampton Roads area and I would highly recommend him to any Individual or family looking to sell or purchase their next home.
