Tyler was fantastic when it came to helping me find a house. We sat down and figured out what would be best for my budget, then he kept me informed on all the latest offers to hit the market. We visited quite a few houses before I made my decision and at times I felt like I was being too picky. His patience with me through the entire process was awesome and in the end I found a great starter home in the heart of Great Bridge. Tyler negotiated with the original owner and was able to save me a good amount of money and get my entire HVAC replaced at no cost to me! He truly has the customers best interest at heart. I will definitely use Tyler and his Wynningteam in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor who puts the customer first.

My experience with Wynningteam while purchasing my first home was absolutely amazing. The minute that I told Tyler I was interested in my home, he was there sending me videos because I was out of town and talking to the realtor. He made the process so incredibly easy and I am super grateful for that!
