Contacted SlopePro in the morning of Wednesday, January 21, 2026 for roof shingle repair work that I requested to be completed on the same or following day due to the approach of Winter Storm Fern. I included photos of the damaged area and included the specifics of my shingle. (GAF, Timberline HDZ, color, Shakewood). SlopePro contacted me, gave me an estimate and called me back within 30 minutes with my appointment time and name of technician (Wesley) for same day service. Very happy with the work Derek and his team did. We had an unexpected roof leak that caused a lot of damage. Derek gave a competitive quote and fixed things in a timely and professional manner. He also came back out to address a couple of small areas of concern to make sure everything was completed properly. We've had some big storms since the repairs and I am happy to say there have been no more leaks.
